functionality, and timeline. We confirm a fixed price after the discovery call,
before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Do you require a deposit?
+Yes, a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due at launch.
Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
What's included in post-launch support?
+Bug fixes and minor adjustments related to the original scope, for
two weeks after launch. Ongoing iteration is covered under our retainer option.
Can I switch from project to retainer later?
+Yes — many clients start with a single project and move to an
embedded retainer once they see results.
