When you can cancel, what our 48-hour guarantee covers, and how refunds are paid back.
This Refund Policy applies to services bought from Convert Web Sail, including the 48-Hour Store Sprint. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.
Orders paid online are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who issue approved refunds to your original payment method.
If we haven't started your build yet (your brief, files and Shopify access aren't all in), you can cancel within 14 days of payment and get a full refund.
If your store isn't live 48 hours after kickoff, we refund 20% of your payment and keep working until it is live. Time spent waiting for your approvals, files or access doesn't count towards the 48 hours.
Because work starts right away and is made specifically for you, payments aren't refundable once your build has started, except under our 48-hour guarantee, when we can't deliver (below), or where the law gives you a right to a refund.
If we can't deliver the scope of the package you paid for, you get a full refund.
Email hello@convertwebsail.com from the address you ordered with and tell us your order. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
