Each project includes the deliverables agreed in the proposal, invoice, or written confirmation. Additional pages, features, revisions, integrations, or urgent changes may require a separate estimate.
We aim to keep communication clear so both sides understand what is included before work begins.
Payment
Pricing and payment
Pricing may vary based on page count, complexity, integrations, content readiness, and timeline. Work may require an upfront deposit, milestone payments, or recurring retainer depending on the service selected.
Late payments may delay delivery, launch, or file handoff.

Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, brand assets, content, product information, platform access, and timely feedback. Delays in feedback or missing assets may affect the timeline.
Ownership
Ownership and handoff
After full payment, final approved deliverables created specifically for the client are handed over according to the agreed scope. We may retain rights to reusable systems, frameworks, processes, internal tools, and non-client-specific templates.
Limitations
Results and limitations
We design and develop with conversion best practices, speed, usability, and clean execution in mind. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, or ranking results because performance can depend on many external factors.
