The challenge

Northwind's catalog had grown to over 800 SKUs across a dozen categories, but their old store's filtering and search made it difficult for customers to find what they needed, especially on mobile.

Our approach

We rebuilt the store on Shopify Plus with a faceted filtering system, real-time inventory indicators, and a streamlined one-page checkout. We also restructured the information architecture around use-case-based collections rather than just product type.
